Welcome to Discount Vacation Secrets. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Website and Services
- You agree to use our website and products for lawful purposes only and not for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without our express permission.
2. Purchases and Payment
- By purchasing any product on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
- All purchases are final, except where our refund policy applies. Please see our "Refund Policy" section below.
3. "Guaranteed Savings or Your Money Back" Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
Savvy Wholesale Travel offers a 90-Day “Better Rate or It’s Free” Guarantee to all new members, subject to the following terms and conditions. This guarantee allows eligible members to receive a full refund of their membership fee if they book a qualifying hotel or resort stay through another publicly available travel platform at a rate lower than that offered through the Savvy Wholesale Travel platform for the same stay.
A. Guarantee Period
This guarantee is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days beginning on the date of initial membership activation. Claims submitted after this 90-day period will not be eligible for review or refund.
B. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the member must have booked a hotel or resort stay through a publicly accessible travel website other than Savvy Wholesale Travel, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, or Hotels.com. The booking must be for the same property, for the same check-in and check-out dates, and must match the room type (including bed configuration, view, and amenities), number of guests, and cancellation and refund policies as those available through Savvy Wholesale Travel. The Savvy Wholesale Travel rate must have been publicly available at the time the external booking was made.
C. Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to rates obtained through loyalty programs, reward points, travel credits, corporate, military, government, or group rates, or any negotiated or non-public pricing. Additionally, bookings made through opaque pricing models, such as Priceline Express Deals or Hotwire, where the hotel name or details are not revealed until after purchase, are excluded. Bundled travel packages, including those combining flights and accommodations, and rates available only through password-protected websites, membership clubs (other than Savvy Wholesale Travel), or special promotional access are also excluded.
D. Claim Submission Process
To submit a claim under this guarantee, the member must send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “90-Day Guarantee Request.” The email must include the member’s full name, the email address associated with their Savvy Wholesale Travel membership, the date of registration, a copy or screenshot of the confirmed booking from the external travel site, and a screenshot of the corresponding Savvy Wholesale Travel rate taken at the time of the external booking.
E. Review and Refund
Savvy Wholesale Travel will review all properly submitted claims within five (7) business days. If the claim is determined to be valid and all terms have been met, a full refund of the membership fee will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds shall not affect the member’s access to the Savvy Wholesale Travel platform, which shall remain active for the remainder of the initial 90-day period.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Discount Vacation Secrets and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
5. User Content
- You may have the opportunity to leave reviews or comments on our website. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with our services.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our website and products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products or services will meet your specific requirements or achieve specific results.
- Discount Vacation Secrets is not responsible for any third-party information or services referenced on our website.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discount Vacation Secrets and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products, or services.
The Discount Vacation Secrets System (DVS) and all included bonuses are a one-time digital purchase that is delivered immediately upon completion of payment. As a fully digital product, there are no physical items shipped, and access is granted through an instant digital download or secure login. Once the system has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete, and the purchaser has full access to the materials.
By purchasing the Discount Vacation Secrets System, the buyer receives unrestricted access to its intellectual property, trade secrets, and proprietary travel methods. Due to the nature of digital products, once delivered, the materials cannot be returned, revoked, or retracted, and the purchaser has already obtained the full value of the system. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances once access has been provided.
While all sales of the Discount Vacation Secrets System and its bonuses are final, the only exception applies to the Savvy Wholesale Travel Membership under the Guaranteed Savings or Your Money Back Guarantee. If a member is unable to find a comparable hotel with real savings through the Savvy platform within 30 days and provides the required documentation, they may request a refund for the membership fee associated with Savvy Wholesale Travel. However, this refund applies only to the membership fee and does not extend to the Discount Vacation Secrets System, its core content, or any of the included bonuses, all of which remain non-refundable.
In addition to the Discount Vacation Secrets System, the purchase may include valuable bonuses such as the Done-for-You Travel Planning Blueprint, the Ultimate Budget & Savings Planner, the All-Inclusive Discounts Guide, and the Exclusive Free Hotel Stay Bonus (85% Off a 3-Day Stay). These materials are provided as an immediate value-added component of the system and are non-returnable. Once delivered, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or revoked for any reason.
By completing the purchase of the Discount Vacation Secrets System, the buyer agrees to the stated refund and purchase terms and waives the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute the transaction with their bank or credit card provider. Any unauthorized chargeback will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action to recover damages, including but not limited to the full purchase price, administrative fees, and any applicable legal costs.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue these terms at any time. However, purchases made under the current policy remain subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Any changes to these terms will not retroactively affect purchases already completed under previous terms.
9. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold Discount Vacation Secrets, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
